This person will spend 60% of their time working in the field and over the phone conducting one on ones with the drivers of the platform (prospecting, helping them earn more, address their pain points/concerns, etc.). They go to designated spots in the field (airports and partner fleet locations). The other 40% of the time this person will be interacting with management back onsite bringing up the drivers concerns, brainstorm ideas how to make them happier, do reporting on their sales cycle, etc.
-Experience with a sales or customer service
-In person client interaction/one on one experience
-Experience creating reports (example: creating reports of sales prospecting efforts - went to 50 houses, 10 opened the door, 5 let them present, 3 were interested, 1 signed)
