Network Strategy & Design
-
Lead global WAN and SD-WAN initiatives for scalable, resilient network operations
-
Design and optimize enterprise routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)
-
Oversee Wi-Fi and advanced networking services across regions
Cloud Integration
-
Manage hybrid connectivity between on-prem and cloud (Azure/AWS)
-
Configure and maintain cloud networks (VPCs, VPNs, Direct Connect/ExpressRoute)
-
Ensure smooth integration of cloud solutions with core infrastructure
Traffic & Performance Management
-
Implement QoS policies to prioritize critical traffic (VoIP, video, business apps)

Monitor network health (latency, packet loss, bandwidth) and resolve issues
Team Leadership
-
Lead and mentor a geographically distributed network engineering team

Oversee resource planning, performance reviews, and career development
Strategic & Operational Excellence

Develop and execute a network roadmap aligned with business goals

Ensure uptime, security, compliance (ISO 27001, NIST) and disaster recovery readiness
-
Stay ahead of tech trends (e.g., zero-trust, 5G) and recommend adoption
Collaboration & Project Leadership

Partner with IT, vendors, and business units to meet network needs

Serve as escalation point for critical issues

Manage key network projects (cloud migration, SD-WAN rollout, infrastructure upgrades)
