Marketing Specialist
Job Description
The Phoenix Group Advisors is conducting a search for a Marketing Specialist for a professional services firm specializing in legal and consulting industries. The role focuses on developing and executing integrated marketing strategies to promote the firm’s brand, services, and client engagement initiatives.
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating high-quality marketing content, managing digital platforms, overseeing CRM systems, supporting event planning, and coordinating marketing campaigns. This role ensures brand consistency across all channels, analyzes engagement data, and collaborates with internal stakeholders to drive business development efforts.
• Develops, edits, and proofreads website content, social media, blogs, newsletters, and digital campaigns
• Designs and produces branded marketing materials including brochures, proposals, infographics, and event collateral
• Maintains and evolves the firm’s visual identity across print, web, email, and social media platforms
• Manages CRM system contact segmentation, data integrity, and campaign execution
• Develops and tracks email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and event invitations; reports on performance metrics
• Oversees social media content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and engagement analysis
• Utilizes legal AI and marketing automation tools for content research, SEO, and campaign optimization
• Coordinates proposals, RFPs, and pitch submissions; maintains proposal database and related collateral
• Plans and executes client-facing events, seminars, and conferences, including logistics and vendor management
• Manages multiple marketing initiatives, schedules, workflows, and ensures deadline adherence
• 2+ years marketing experience, preferably in law or professional services
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Publisher)
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Experience managing social media channels for a business or professional organization
• Demonstrated project management and organizational abilities
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with professionalism and confidentiality
