Job Description
Digital Marketing Coordinator (NYC)
Responsibilities:

Update and maintain firm website content, including lawyer biographies and practice descriptions

Manage client alerts formatting, risk review, and distribution

Assist with SEO optimization and ensure website content is current and relevant

Support digital marketing projects using project management tools (e.g., Wrike)

Produce and promote new media content such as podcasts and videos
-
Monitor website performance and troubleshoot content errors or broken links
-
Coordinate email marketing campaigns following documented processes

Manage social media advocacy content and create social media assets

Collaborate with vendors and track project progress and technical details
-
Assist in writing requirement documents for website updates and bug fixes

Provide analytics support and reporting for website, social media, and podcasts
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
-
Minimum 4 years of related experience

Strong HTML skills and proficiency with social media platforms, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite

Excellent editing and proofreading abilities

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Quick learner with the ability to adopt new technologies
