Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Distribute thought leadership content, primarily client memos and email campaigns, via platforms like Vuture and Dispatch; manage content preparation, contact lists, and performance tracking.

Support SEO initiatives by analyzing site performance, optimizing content, and applying best practices using tools like Conductor.

Use Google Analytics and similar platforms to measure, interpret, and report on digital engagement and inform marketing decisions.

Identify gaps in existing strategies, conduct benchmarking analysis, and develop or refine digital marketing plans aligned with firm objectives.

Partner with Communications to promote firm news, media mentions, and thought leadership across digital channels, including email, web, and social media.

Work closely with Business Development teams—especially in California and Asia-Pacific offices—on targeted digital campaigns and strategies.

Manage updates to the firm’s website and attorney biographies via CMS platforms, ensuring content accuracy and optimization.

Monitor digital platforms outside normal business hours to ensure stability and performance.

Review and edit content to maintain consistency, clarity, and alignment with the firm’s tone and messaging.

Oversee delivery of materials, including editing, fact-checking, proofing, coordination with stakeholders, and archiving.
Qualifications:

Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and research skills (writing and proofreading test required).

Strong analytical, organizational, and project management abilities with excellent attention to detail.

Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and meet deadlines in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment.

Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently without direct supervision.

Professional, composed, and able to handle high-profile matters with discretion.

Strong team player with experience working across time zones and functions.

Deep commitment to excellence and professionalism consistent with the standards of the firm.
Education & Experience:
-
1–3 years of experience in a law firm, financial institution, or similarly rigorous professional setting.

Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Vuture, HubSpot, Mailchimp), CMS platforms (e.g., Crownpeak), and CRM tools (e.g., DealCloud).

Understanding of and interest in web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe, Zoom, and other standard office applications.

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required.
