Job Description
Core Functions & Contributions

Partner with business units to explore automation use cases, gather requirements, and define high-impact workflow improvements

Design and support end-to-end automation solutions that integrate seamlessly across various platforms and enterprise systems
-
Continuously monitor and refine automation processes to improve performance, maintain system integrity, and accommodate organizational growth
-
Serve as an internal advisor on automation strategy and technology, contributing technical insight to solution planning and execution
-
Oversee source control practices, versioning, and process documentation for all automation projects
-
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement using emerging technologies and automation tools to better serve internal stakeholders
-
Uphold and safeguard confidential and sensitive data handled through automated systems
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline — or equivalent professional experience
-
At least seven years of direct experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), including a minimum of three years specializing in Blue Prism development
-
Proven track record (3+ years) of delivering enterprise automation solutions in a senior technical role, leveraging platforms such as Blue Prism and Power Apps
-
Solid background (3+ years) working with SQL databases, web service APIs (SOAP and REST), and programming languages like Python or Java
-
Demonstrated experience (3+ years) leading the evaluation and redesign of business processes, managing change initiatives, and implementing sophisticated software automation projects

Hands-on familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps
-
Experience in the installation, maintenance, and upgrade lifecycle of Blue Prism environments
-
Strong knowledge of system integration and orchestration across business applications and workflows
-
Proficient in software development concepts, including logical structures, algorithm design, and design patterns
-
Experience delivering support across a distributed enterprise environment with multiple office locations
