Job Description
Our client, a prestigious hedge fund, is seeking a Machine Learning Developer to
collaborate closely with researchers to creatively apply their expertise in machine learning and software engineering. Their focus is on designing, constructing, and maintaining systems for large-scale knowledge discovery in financial data. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Day-to-day tasks include designing, implementing, testing, and documenting modules for all phases of the pipeline—from data to predictions. Machine learning developers assemble these modules into end-to-end systems and work closely with researchers to facilitate productive experimentation, model development, and validation.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Candidates should possess a robust understanding of software engineering, machine learning principles, and open-source machine learning ecosystems. Preference is given to those with a proven track record of creating and applying high-performance machine learning systems.
