Job Description

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to work in their sexual abuse and assault practice. Experience as a social worker or with trauma-related victims is a plus. Experience with negligence and personal injury cases is helpful.

Responsibilities

Communicating with clients.
Drafting and preparing memorandums of client interviews.
Drafting and preparing correspondences and medical record authorizations.
Obtaining and exchanging medical records.
Court filings.
Other administrative duties as needed.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Paralegal Certification preferred.
