Job Description
Our reputable law firm client is seeking a highly capable individual with a solid background in litigation procedures, including e-filing across various jurisdictions, adept case management skills, and a knack for juggling multiple tasks with finesse.
Responsibilities:
- Execute diverse administrative tasks such as calendar management, correspondence handling, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, matter initiation, time tracking, expense reporting, billing support, and aiding in business development initiatives.
- Offer comprehensive support throughout all phases of litigation cases, from initial management to depositions, arbitrations, mediations, and trials. This includes logistical arrangements and trial support as necessary.
- Exhibit proficiency in preparing and meticulously proofreading legal documents and correspondence for precision, grammar, and adherence to formatting standards.
- Demonstrate exceptional teamwork abilities by collaborating effectively with colleagues in a cooperative, enthusiastic, and approachable manner to achieve collective goals and contribute to team projects.
- Deliver proactive, polished, and detail-oriented service to both internal team members and external contacts.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience or substantive knowledge in litigation procedures is essential.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in legal document preparation and proofreading.
- Tech-savviness and familiarity with e-filing systems.
