Our reputable law firm client  is seeking a highly capable individual with a solid background in litigation procedures, including e-filing across various jurisdictions, adept case management skills, and a knack for juggling multiple tasks with finesse.

Responsibilities:
  • Execute diverse administrative tasks such as calendar management, correspondence handling, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, matter initiation, time tracking, expense reporting, billing support, and aiding in business development initiatives.
  • Offer comprehensive support throughout all phases of litigation cases, from initial management to depositions, arbitrations, mediations, and trials. This includes logistical arrangements and trial support as necessary.
  • Exhibit proficiency in preparing and meticulously proofreading legal documents and correspondence for precision, grammar, and adherence to formatting standards.
  • Demonstrate exceptional teamwork abilities by collaborating effectively with colleagues in a cooperative, enthusiastic, and approachable manner to achieve collective goals and contribute to team projects.
  • Deliver proactive, polished, and detail-oriented service to both internal team members and external contacts.

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience or substantive knowledge in litigation procedures is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in legal document preparation and proofreading.
  • Tech-savviness and familiarity with e-filing systems.
  • A proactive and professional demeanor with a keen eye for detail.
