Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Handle a high volume of client intake efficiently
• Communicate effectively with clients, assisting with various needs such as scheduling appointments, preparing for client meetings, and arranging Notary Public services for signings
• Organize and create client binders
• Transcribe, draft, or proofread correspondence and client documents
• Ensure accurate daily entry of Partner time
• Monitor and maintain calendars
• Assist in monthly billing processes
• Take charge of managing special projects
• Maintain records of client and referral contacts
Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required
• Degree in business administration preferred
• Trust and Estate practice experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Aderant and / or Time Expert a plus
