Job Description

Our client is seeking a Legal Secretary to join their Naples team! 

Responsibilities:
  • Effectively manage a high volume of client intake
  • Facilitate communication with clients, addressing various needs such as scheduling appointments, preparing for client meetings, and arranging appropriate Notary Public services for document signings
  • Monitor calendars to ensure timely scheduling and coordination
  • Transcribe, draft, and meticulously proofread correspondence and client documents including Advance Directives, HIPAA Authorizations, Declarations Naming Preneed Guardian, Durable General Powers of Attorney, and Limited Powers of Attorney
  • Compile client estate planning binders as necessary
  • Accurately record attorney time on a daily basis
  • Assist with monthly billing processes
  • Maintain comprehensive records of client and referral contacts
  • Willingly work overtime when required
  • Collaborate effectively with office support staff to ensure smooth operations
