Job Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a Legal Secretary to join their team in Stamford, CT!
Responsibilities:
- Drafting, revising, and finalizing documents and letters.
- Managing the time entries of attorneys and paralegals, collaborating with the Billing Coordinator to generate, refine, and dispatch client bills.
- Preparing and sending client correspondence via FedEx, UPS, USPS, or other means as necessary.
- Organizing and maintaining client document filing systems.
- Coordinating meetings and keeping attorney calendars up-to-date.
- Compiling client post-execution binders.
- Serving as a witness or notary for client documents and signings.
- Assisting with electronic court filings as a backup.
- Being available for overtime work upon request.
