Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare, submit, and reconcile expense reports; assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoice processing as needed

Support monthly client billing by tracking and monitoring attorney pre-bills after they have been routed to appropriate timekeepers for review

Provide coverage and administrative support when shared legal secretaries are unavailable

Answer and route incoming phone calls, take accurate messages, and manage incoming and outgoing emails, correspondence, memos, letters, and faxes

Maintain and manage calendars for multiple attorneys; schedule appointments and coordinate internal and external meetings and events

Draft, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations; maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

Assist legal assistants with administrative and clerical tasks as assigned
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
