Job Description
Location: Irvine, CA
Salary: $87k-$95k/annually
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to a team of five attorneys
- The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and demonstrate a strong work ethic
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of recent experience in Federal and California litigation, preferably within a law firm environment
- Strong background in document preparation and e-filing for state, federal, and appellate courts
- Proven ability to exercise sound judgment and decision-making, with excellent administrative skills including calendar management, travel coordination, and client billing
- Ability to manage multiple projects and daily tasks independently in a fast-paced setting
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and document management software (experience with iManage preferred)
