Interim Conflicts Manager / Director (Consultant)
Job Description
A top-tier law firm client is seeking a senior-level Conflicts professional or attorney to step in on an interim basis and provide critical support to their Conflicts team during a key transition.
This is a 2–3 month remote engagement (part-time or full-time) for someone who can hit the ground running, reduce backlog, and help bring structure and efficiency to the function while leadership ramps up.
What You’ll Do
- Handle and help resolve a high-volume conflicts backlog
- Review and analyze complex conflicts and intake matters
- Operate as a senior escalation point and subject matter expert
- Partner with firm stakeholders to restore workflow and best practices
- Support upcoming Conflicts and client intake projects
- Manager/Director-level Conflicts experience in a law firm
- Attorney strongly preferred (Conflicts professionals also considered)
- Proven ability to step into fast-paced environments and drive results immediately
- inTapp experience highly desired
- Available to start ASAP
- High-impact, visible engagement
- Flexible schedule (PT or FT)
- Fully remote within the U.S.
