Job Description
Our client, a prominent law firm, is seeking an IP Docketing Specialist to join their team in Irvine, CA!
Responsibilities:

Receive and process docketing communications from various sources.

Review and extract relevant data for entry into the firm’s docketing software.

Perform quality control to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Generate both routine and special request docketing reports.

Maintain professional relationships and collaborate effectively across departments.
Qualifications:
-
Minimum of 4 years of experience in intellectual property docketing, including all aspects of patent and trademark prosecution.

In-depth understanding of U.S. and international patent, trademark, and copyright prosecution procedures.

Proficient in using IP management tools and systems such as FoundationIP, eTEAS, TARR, SAEGIS, PAIR, TESS, TSDR, and TTAB.

Familiarity with iManage FileSite and Microsoft Excel.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills and a commitment to accuracy.

Effective communicator with the ability to interact professionally with personnel at all levels.

Capable of managing time and priorities efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
