Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Designing layouts for all office areas, including seating arrangements, private offices, meeting spaces, and kitchenette.
- Selecting furniture needed to furnish the office spaces.
- Planning the layout for Storage Area A (maintenance), including racking, inventory organization, and workspace allocation.
- Planning the layout for Storage Area B (Concessions), including racking and inventory organization.
- Specifying necessary structural items for setting up the two storage areas.
- Determining power, lighting, and other requirements for the storage areas.
- Designing the layout for the passenger holding area.
Requirements:
- Contractor Requirements
- Proficiency in creating layouts for office spaces and industrial storage areas like small warehouses (proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software is essential).
- Ability to select appropriate industrial storage equipment (such as racking, shelving) needed for maintenance spaces.
- Familiarity with inventory allocation processes and systems for proper inventory placement in storage areas.
- Identifying utility requirements (power, lighting, etc.) for designing storage spaces.
- Assisting in managing the relocation process of all inventory (spare parts, maintenance tools, concession items, decor, etc.) from current locations to the new spaces.
