Job Description
Our law firm client in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Immigration Paralegal. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience within immigration law.
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Prepare nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions as well as applications for attorney and client review (e.g., submission letters, immigration-related forms, supporting documentation).
- Input client documents and data into the immigration software system.
- Create and maintain client status reports.
- Manage substantial client caseload - case preparation, client email correspondence, and client status calls.
- Communicate with government agencies
- Occasional overtime may be required.
Required skills:
- Previous experience with E-3, L-1, H1-B, H-1B1, TN, and PERM cases.
- Extensive experience in business immigration out of a law firm.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least two years of experience in the above responsibilities and skill areas.
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe software, and immigration software systems.
