Qualifications

  • Strong experience in developing documentation for business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives.
  • Skilled in mapping out and refining detailed, step-by-step procedural documentation.
  • Adept at assessing current processes with a keen eye for detail, identifying areas for improvement to minimize operational risks.
  • Experience in designing user-friendly training materials for end-user education.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
  • Comfortable coordinating operational activities with external vendors.
  • Committed to delivering top-tier customer service, aligning with team performance benchmarks and user expectations.
  • Capable of fostering strong professional relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Experienced in supporting enterprise-level operations in a 24/7 IT environment.
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience (8 years).
  • Minimum of 5 years of direct experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Writer, with involvement in business analysis functions.
Core Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of IT processes and requirements to develop structured workflow designs and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to define and formalize IT-related policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Partner with Information Governance (IG), ITSM, and IT Infrastructure teams to outline necessary compliance documentation.
  • Support IT Infrastructure teams in collecting and managing compliance-related evidence.
  • Establish a structured review process for IT control documentation to ensure periodic updates and adherence to standards.
  • Play a key role in shaping and maintaining the organization's Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery strategies by:
  • Managing and updating essential documentation related to these plans.
  • Facilitating Business Impact Analysis sessions and presenting insights to leadership.
  • Preparing clear and concise reports or presentations for IT and business leaders.
  • Design reports to streamline the Change Management process, providing visibility into request tracking and workflow progression.
  • Develop a centralized knowledge base to simplify responses to client requests for technical information.
  • Craft communications tailored for firm-wide distribution, ensuring technical content is easily digestible for non-technical personnel.
  • Assist with IT-related project management, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with business objectives.
  • Create engaging presentations tailored for audiences across different levels of the organization, from technical teams to executive leadership.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as needed to support IT initiatives and operational efficiency.
