Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy, configure, and maintain end-user equipment including workstations, laptops, monitors, printers, phones, and mobile devices.

  • Deliver first- and second-level support for desktop applications, escalating complex issues to IT engineering teams when appropriate.

  • Log, track, and resolve incidents and requests using the firm’s ticket management platform.

  • Respond promptly to issues escalated from the firm’s outsourced helpdesk, ensuring a high level of service and communication.

  • Set up, support, and troubleshoot conference room technology, including video conferencing and presentation systems.

  • Participate in IT initiatives such as hardware refreshes, software rollouts, testing, and configuration updates.

  • Provide remote technical assistance to users working from home or across multiple office locations.

  • Perform PC imaging, device provisioning, and post-deployment validation.

  • Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory and asset assignments.

  • Support time-sensitive projects or maintenance activities outside normal business hours when required.

  • Perform additional duties aligned with the needs of the IT department.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of three years supporting end-user computing environments in a desktop or technical support capacity; a bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365 applications, and iOS devices.

  • Familiarity with modern endpoint management and legal technology platforms such as Intune, ServiceNow, Duo, Litera tools, NetDocuments, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and conference room systems (e.g., Crestron) is beneficial.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment while maintaining accuracy and follow-through.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to engage professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated to contribute ideas that improve support processes and user experience.
