Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Assist users with account setup, password resets, and access permissions.
• Conduct training sessions to empower end-users and enhance their technical
skills.
Gain hands-on experience with all three major cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, and
Google Cloud.
• Assist in basic cloud maintenance tasks.
• Basic Linux server administration and maintenance tasks
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for IT processes, procedures, and
configurations.
• Help create technical documentation and manuals for end users.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in providing Tier 1 and 2 support in an IT environment.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
