Job Title: IT Support Specialist (Temp-to-Perm)
Location: New York City (Onsite, 5 days per week, with 1 WFH day per month of your choosing)

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level or junior IT Support Specialist to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis, with the intention of conversion within the first year. This role is ideal for candidates with approximately one year of experience or those eager to start their career in IT. You will play a key role in managing IT equipment, providing basic network troubleshooting, and supporting our team in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain IT equipment across multiple sites.
  • Perform basic network troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and IT support to internal teams.
  • Assist with computer management and upgrades as needed.
  • Support Zoom, A/V setups, and printer management.
  • Collaborate with team members to address IT-related issues promptly.
  • Travel to company sites as required.
  • Occasionally work nights and weekends, depending on project needs.
  • Stay open to learning and growing within the role.

Qualifications:
  • Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Previous experience with IT equipment, A/V, Zoom, or printer support is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • $30-35 per hour, depending on experience.
  • Temp-to-perm role with the intention of conversion within the first year.
  • Onsite work schedule (5 days per week) with 1 WFH day per month of your choosing.
