Job Description


Role Overview
The Hospitality Clerk will oversee daily office hospitality operations, including conference room setup, food and beverage service, and front desk support. This position plays a key role in maintaining a welcoming environment for staff, clients, and visitors while supporting administrative functions to enhance overall office efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, clean, and restock conference rooms prior to and following meetings, ensuring refreshments and necessary supplies are available.
  • Maintain office kitchens and pantries by replenishing beverages, coffee, tea, utensils, paper products, and other hospitality essentials.
  • Refurbish office refrigerators with beverages, milk, non-dairy alternatives, and maintain cleanliness of coffee machines and appliances daily.
  • Greet clients and visitors at reception, delivering exceptional customer service and professional support.
  • Set up and support remote virtual meetings using platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and WebEx for client and internal meetings, depositions, and events.
  • Restock printer stations, secretarial areas, and office supply cabinets to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Coordinate catering, lunch orders, and office event services, including setup and breakdown of hospitality stations like salad bars and themed event areas.
  • Assist with various administrative duties, including office organization, supply management, and supporting special projects.

Core Qualifications & Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, office services, facilities management, or customer service; experience within legal or professional services firms is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and virtual conferencing platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and WebEx.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging professionally with attorneys, staff, clients, and vendors.
  • Dependable, proactive, and self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work onsite five days per week in a fast-paced, service-oriented setting.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • Previous experience in law firms or corporate professional services organizations.
  • Knowledge of general office technology and facility management systems.
