About the Datacenter Operations Team
The Datacenter Operations team is responsible for standing up and running large-scale, mission-critical datacenters that support rapid company growth. This group owns the full onsite lifecycle—from deployment and maintenance to reliability and incident response—ensuring infrastructure remains scalable, resilient, and production-ready at all times.
What You’ll Do

Install, configure, and support server and networking hardware in a hyperscale environment

Participate in rotating shifts and on-call coverage to support 24/7 operational requirements

Diagnose hardware issues and replace server or network components while maintaining accurate asset records

Support network troubleshooting efforts, including cable testing, replacement, and rack-level diagnostics

Maintain high availability by efficiently prioritizing, resolving, and escalating tickets as needed

Act as the onsite first responder during incidents, coordinating with engineering and infrastructure subject-matter experts

Deliver hands-on onsite support for cross-functional initiatives

Build strong working relationships with internal teams, vendors, partners, and customers

Hands-on experience troubleshooting server hardware, including boot processes (POST, BIOS, PXE, IPMI, BMC)

Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, Ethernet) and physical networking components such as switches, routers, and copper/fiber cabling

Experience administering Linux-based systems
Nice to Have

Direct experience supporting GPU-dense systems (e.g., H100, B200, GB200 platforms)

Diploma or professional certification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

Ability to operate with speed and flexibility in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

Experience working with external vendors, large infrastructure projects, or technical programs

Strong communication skills with a clear, detail-oriented approach
