Job Description


Key Functions of the Role:

  • Collaborate in strategic planning efforts to align enterprise systems with the organization’s long-range objectives.

  • Perform rigorous system configuration testing and validation to maintain accuracy, compliance, and operational integrity.

  • Create and maintain detailed documentation to support system configurations and workflows, promoting transparency and knowledge sharing.

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to HR technology staff, fostering a culture of innovation, growth, and continuous improvement.

  • Partner with internal technology teams and cross-functional departments to ensure platform configurations meet evolving business and strategic priorities.

  • Uphold the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive, proprietary, and privileged data and systems in accordance with organizational standards.


We’re looking for professionals who:

  • Have a deep understanding of enterprise HR systems (specifically PeopleSoft), with expertise in configuration, enhancement, and maintenance.

  • Are well-versed in HR functional areas such as payroll, benefits, compensation, compliance, and workforce analytics.

  • Understand project delivery frameworks and have experience supporting large-scale HR technology implementations and upgrades.


What You’ll Bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, information systems, business administration, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

  • At least seven years of experience in HR technology or systems administration.

  • Prior experience in PeopleSoft development, HR technology project management, and team leadership is strongly preferred.
