Our client is in need for a  temporary HR Systems Assistant in their  San Francisco office. The position will report to the HR Systems Manager. S/he will work in the  HR file room pulling, purging and organizing paper files according to instructions. In addition, the temp will be assisting with special projects for the HR Systems team including working in our HR Systems programs (Taleo and Workday). Hours are 8: 30-5: 00 pm (must be flexible if needed). This assignment is expected to last 3 months and the start date is ASAP.

 

Qualifications/Experience:  1-2 years of Office/Administrative experience preferred. Previous experience as a File Clerk and/or work in Taleo/Workday is a plus. Professionalism and organizational skills must be top notch.

Skills required:  Ability to follow instructions and keep confidentiality.

Other requirements:  High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
