Our client, a prestigious hedge fund company, is in search of a dynamic, technically skilled full-stack technology engineer with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. This individual will be instrumental in swiftly conceptualizing, designing, and executing end-to-end web applications for our discretionary businesses. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborate closely with diverse business stakeholders to grasp their needs, leading to the creation of innovative applications tailored to their requirements. Work alongside various technical teams within the firm. This position presents a unique chance to directly influence and enhance our business operations.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher with a minimum of three years of software development experience at a startup or tech company.
  • Proficiency in web languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and familiarity with either Python or Java for backend development.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to craft products with an emphasis on clear and intuitive UX/UI design.
  • Track record of overseeing technical and design aspects of production-level software.
  • Prior experience in mentoring junior team members is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional candidates who may not meet all criteria will still be considered, given they can demonstrate relevant skills and experience.
