Responsibilities:
Design client-side and server-side architecture building and enhancing the platform.
Provide technical leadership to team and mentor junior developers
Partipate in stand ups
Give Peer Code Reviews

Qualifications:
8+ years of software engineering experience
5+ years of Ruby on Rails development experience or Python and Scala
5+ years of experience using React
2+ year of leadership or management
Understanding of relational databases
Understanding of Kubernetes and AWS
Understanding of Agile
Excellent communication skills
Collaborative approach to engineering
