Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and manage the Financial Systems team, overseeing workload distribution, performance evaluations, recruitment decisions, and professional development initiatives.

Process Documentation & Knowledge Management
Establish and maintain detailed documentation of system processes to promote consistency and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.

Foster Team Collaboration
Cultivate a supportive, team-oriented environment to enhance internal collaboration and collective problem-solving.

System Customization & Development
Design, develop, test, and implement enhancements and customizations in Aderant Expert (Classic and Framework environments).

Data Management & Optimization
Develop and refine SQL queries, stored procedures, and data endpoints to streamline financial data handling and reporting accuracy.

Technical Support & Issue Resolution
Oversee the resolution of user support tickets and technical inquiries, delivering efficient and scalable solutions.
