Denver Office
In Office 5 Days a Week
Supporting 3 Shareholders
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage complex and active calendars, along with comprehensive task/project lists.
- Assist with time capture and reporting processes.
- Handle filing tasks and maintain organized document systems.
- Complete and manage expense reports accurately and promptly.
- Coordinate detailed and intricate travel plans.
- Interact professionally with internal and external contacts on firm, office, and attorney-related matters.
- Undertake additional administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to seamlessly prioritize multiple projects/tasks.
- Proficient proofreading and document management skills.
- Resourceful and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Effective both independently and as a collaborative team player.
- Strong initiative, proposing solutions and resolving issues autonomously.
- Professional communication skills to build strong relationships with clients, staff, and attorneys.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information discreetly.
- Proactive thinking with attention to both details and the "big picture."
- Demonstrated success in achieving high-performance goals and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and adaptability.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), especially Outlook.
- Familiarity with programs such as Interaction, iManage, Chrome River, Intapp, and internet search engines is advantageous.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems introduced over time.
