WHAT YOU’ LL DO DAY-TO-DAY: Primary responsibilities will include coordinating complex schedules and logistics, liaising with internal business units and external parties, arranging travel and events, providing general administrative assistance, and handling office management functions.
WHO WE’ RE LOOKING FOR: • The ideal candidate will have at least two to five years of relevant experience and will excel at working independently and collaboratively, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and handling confidential information with the utmost discretion. • For this role we are seeking a self-assured, highly composed individual with extraordinary writing, organizational, communication, analytical, and time-management skills. • A bachelor' s degree is required, as is a proven mastery of the Microsoft Office suite (particularly Microsoft Outlook). • Experience in financial services is desirable, but not required.
