Executive Assistant/Office Manager – Machine Learning Ventures
WHAT YOU’ LL DO DAY-TO-DAY: Primary responsibilities will include coordinating complex schedules and logistics, liaising with internal business units and external parties, arranging travel and events, providing general administrative assistance, and handling office management functions.
WHO WE’ RE LOOKING FOR: • The ideal candidate will have at least two to five years of relevant experience and will excel at working independently and collaboratively, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and handling confidential information with the utmost discretion. • For this role we are seeking a self-assured, highly composed individual with extraordinary writing, organizational, communication, analytical, and time-management skills. • A bachelor' s degree is required, as is a proven mastery of the Microsoft Office suite (particularly Microsoft Outlook). • Experience in financial services is desirable, but not required.
After graduating with an Associates Degree in Business Administration from Westchester Community College Dan wasn't sure exactly what he wanted to do. In February 2013 he decided to put his knack for connecting people with one another to work when he joined The Phoenix Group. When he's not in the office you can find him skiing, golfing, or spending time with his family.
