Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders and internal departments to develop, implement, and assess best practices.
- Plan and execute a diverse range of events, both in-person and virtual, such as client-facing events, networking seminars, internal programs, and global webinars.
- Lead logistical implementation, establish goals and budgets, and conduct pre- and post-event analyses.
- Work with the marketing team to keep stakeholders informed and ensure adherence to budgets and objectives.
- Identify business development opportunities, establish affiliations with associations, and manage vendor relationships.
- Oversee department projects, improve processes, and manage production for various events, including negotiations, communication, budgets, and on-site logistics.
- Act as a firm ambassador and mentor junior team members in collaboration with the Events Manager.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years’ events planning experience within a legal or professional services firm
- Knowledge of CRM and virtual event platforms required
