Job Description

Our client, a global advertising agency, is seeking an Events Coordinator to provide operational support related to the planning, logistics, and execution of firmwide events, both in-person and virtual.

This will include sourcing locations, writing invitations, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and attending events. Other responsibilities include budgeting, vendor management, assistance in project management, process documentation, and more.

  • Experience in an event-planning role is highly preferred, as is a demonstrated ability to work under pressure while maintaining a customer service approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to liaise with members of multiple business units, are a plus.
  • Candidates should be proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • In keeping with our firm’s culture, we’re more interested in talent, curiosity, and motivation than we are in any particular academic background or previous finance industry experience.
  • While the majority of the work will take place during standard business hours, the coordinator should expect to work a few evenings per month.Regards,
