Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Enterprise Project Manager (EPM) to lead and execute complex, cross-functional, and technology-driven initiatives across our organization. The EPM will be responsible for managing end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and delivering value through effective planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
This role requires deep knowledge of project management principles, a strong understanding of enterprise IT environments, and the ability to work collaboratively across business units, technical teams, and executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise-scale, technology-focused projects (e.g., software implementations, cloud migrations, data integrations, ERP/CRM rollouts).

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Develop detailed project plans including schedules, budgets, risk mitigation strategies, resource allocations, and communication plans.

Collaborate with IT, product management, data engineering, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid methodologies).

Drive proactive risk and issue management and facilitate resolution and escalation when necessary.

Track and report key project metrics, including timelines, budgets, scope, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing project post-mortems and lessons learned.

Manage third-party vendors and technology partners as required.
Qualifications
Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

5+ years of project management experience, including at least 3 years managing large-scale tech-driven projects.

Proven track record of delivering complex IT initiatives on time and within budget.

Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, Confluence).

Experience working within structured project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).

Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.

Preferred: PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar project management certification.
