What’ s the role?

We are looking for an individual to lead our Enterprise Content Management across our clients Ratings. In this role you’ ll be responsible for the creation of a content strategy, governance and controls across the companies Ratings.

We’ ll trust you to:
  • Lead the development of a data governance framework across the companies Ratings ensuring that data assets are appropriately managed across the organization
  • Represent the company to vendor partners by establishing relationships with existing and new external data provides
  • Identify, drive & negotiate content acquisition initiatives for the client’ s Ratings
  • Partner with business units to understand their content & data needs both internal and external  
  • Build consensus among stakeholders for data definitions, and data governance policies
  • Define and establish business rules for Rating content across all sectors
  • Work alongside product managers and engineers to define, scope, and help solve highly complex problems in an agile environment

In this role, you will:
  • Act as Product Owner for all Ratings Content
  • Lead Ratings Data Governance across the company
  • Maintain data definitions, process documentation, and data governance policies
  • Engage with data users to identify incremental data needs and paths to obtain and make this data available
  • Organize and curate data based on business classification and purpose
  • Understand where relevant data is located this may include cataloging existing datasets
  • Understand how data is interpreted for use
  • Proactively identify areas of improvement and assist in overall content management
  • Ensure systems, processes and tools meet data quality and governance requirements

  • 7-10+ years of experience managing Data Governance and Data Quality projects in a Global organization
  • Must have financial market knowledge to understand and integrate the demands of various regions
  • Strong Fixed Income data management experience
  • Strong business acumen; ability to create a business case for strategic investments that support data management
  • Understanding of Big Data, Master Data Management, Data Warehousing and Data Quality Tools
  • Proven experience partnering, collaborating, and communicating with business stakeholders and engineers, with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple work streams simultaneously
