Job Description

Required Qualifications & Experience Technical Expertise

  • Solid hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.

  • Demonstrated ability to implement comprehensive logging frameworks using tools such as Application Insights, Azure Monitor, and custom Dataverse logging solutions.

  • Deep understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) principles and practical experience deploying solutions via Azure DevOps Pipelines.

  • Proven experience working with the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Toolkit for governance, monitoring, and standardization.

  • Proficient in configuring and managing custom connectors within the Power Platform ecosystem.

  • Competency in PowerShell scripting for automation of administrative tasks and system management.
Governance & Compliance

  • Demonstrated experience developing and enforcing security, compliance, and governance frameworks within Power Platform environments.

  • Familiarity with enterprise monitoring and analytics tools to gather platform insights and drive governance decisions.

  • Working knowledge of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, security role configurations, and environment-level compliance controls.
Integration & Development Skills

  • Experience integrating the Power Platform with services such as Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Azure.

  • Awareness of Microsoft Fabric capabilities (preferred, not required).

  • Basic proficiency in SQL for querying Dataverse tables and other connected data sources (preferred, not required).
Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex issues and implement effective solutions.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders, support end users, and coordinate across teams.

Education & Professional Background

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline (preferred).

  • Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform (e.g., PL-900, PL-400, PL-600) are highly desirable.

Professional Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience in Business Intelligence reporting and development.

  • 5–8 years working with Microsoft server technologies in enterprise environments.

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience administering and managing Microsoft Power Platform solutions at scale.
