Our client is looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM and Project Management Specialist to join their team 
RESPONSIBILTIIES
System Configuration and Customization
  • Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CRM to meet the specific needs of the organization, including workflows, entities, fields, forms, and views.
  • Develop and maintain solutions for data integration, migration, and synchronization with other business applications.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency within the CRM system.
  • Manage data imports, exports, and cleansing activities as necessary.
  • Apply project management principles to plan, execute, and monitor initiatives related to CRM enhancement, process optimization, and system integration.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Provide training to end users on Dynamics 365 CRM functionality, best practices, and efficient data management techniques.
  • Address user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely support for the CRM system.
  • Monitor system performance for Dynamics 365 CRM, diagnose issues, and implement necessary fixes or optimizations.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to manage system updates, patches, and security configurations.
  • Develop custom workflows, plugins, and scripts for Dynamics 365 CRM as needed.
  • Collaborate with developers to create and maintain integrations with external applications.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements for CRM system enhancements and new features.
  • Stay current with the latest developments in Dynamics 365 CRM and related technologies, recommending innovative solutions to enhance the system's capabilities.
  • Implement best practices for CRM administration, customization, and project management.
Qualifications And Skills
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2-5 years) as a Dynamics 365 CRM Specialist, CRM Administrator, or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform, including configuration, customization, and administration.
  • Proficiency in CRM data management, including data import, export, and manipulation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and end users.
Preferred
  • Strong project management skills with experience overseeing initiatives and coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in developing custom workflows, plugins, or scripts (e.g., C#, JavaScript) is a plus.
This role is bonus eligible.
