Overview:
Seeking an experienced leader to oversee eDiscovery and Information Governance strategies, ensuring compliance, risk management, and operational efficiency. This role involves managing litigation support, data governance, and technology-driven legal solutions while collaborating with legal, IT, and compliance teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement eDiscovery and information governance policies.
  • Oversee litigation holds, data preservation, and legal discovery processes.
  • Manage data retention, classification, and compliance programs.
  • Collaborate with IT and legal teams to ensure defensible data practices.
  • Evaluate and implement eDiscovery technologies and workflows.
  • Provide guidance on regulatory and legal data requirements.
  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals in legal technology and data governance.

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years in eDiscovery, information governance, or legal technology.
  • Expertise in litigation support, data privacy, and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of industry tools (e.g., Relativity, Nuix, Microsoft Purview).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
