What You'll Do:
- Act as the primary technical liaison for onboarding new business units, collaborating closely with teams across Business Development, Infrastructure, Support, and Applications.
- Lead the entire integration lifecycle—from assessing system compatibility to loading operational data into enterprise platforms.
- Partner with local operations teams to understand technical requirements and oversee the deployment of standardized technology tools.
- Develop and implement comprehensive data integration strategies that efficiently connect internal business systems.
- Work with stakeholders to align technology initiatives with overarching business goals, setting clear priorities.
- Identify appropriate tools, platforms, and architectures for integration efforts, designing scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Follow structured development processes, including requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and change management.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely, successful delivery.
- Serve as a go-to expert on data integration practices, tools, and architecture, mentoring team members and fostering a learning environment.
- Promote open, ongoing communication across departments to facilitate smooth collaboration and shared understanding.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Formal training in project management principles.
- At least 3 years of experience managing IT system integration in enterprise environments, ideally post-acquisition.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience executing data and system connectivity projects.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and Big Data technologies.
- Experience with APIs, web services, and middleware solutions.
- Certifications in project management or data architecture.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline; advanced degrees are a plus.
- 3+ years of practical experience leading enterprise-level data integration projects.
Other Requirements:
- This is a remote position with regular travel (30–60%) required, including air and car travel to support onsite activities.
