Workplace Experience Senior Analyst - Data & Analytics
Job Description
Our client is a highly regarded global professional services organization known for delivering exceptional client service through innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence. They are seeking a data-driven professional to join their Workplace Operations team and help enhance decision-making through analytics and strategic reporting.
Position Overview
You will support workplace operations, facilities strategy, and real estate planning by analyzing utilization trends, operational performance, labor allocation, and cost efficiency. This position plays a key role in translating complex data into practical insights that support business and space planning initiatives.
This role is based in New York with a hybrid work structure that combines in-office collaboration with flexible remote work.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain data tools and reporting frameworks that support end-to-end workplace strategy and decision-making

Analyze space utilization, operational metrics, staffing resources, and cost trends to identify opportunities for improvement

Translate analytics into clear recommendations through dashboards, visuals, and executive-level presentations

Support budgeting processes across operational categories, including vendor spend and historical cost modeling

Partner with cross-functional teams to improve reporting accuracy, data literacy, and governance

Assist with ad-hoc analytical initiatives and strategic projects as needed

Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of financial and operational data

Working knowledge of budgeting practices, general ledger fundamentals, and variance analysis

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and communicate data effectively

Experience handling large datasets with an emphasis on accuracy and consistency

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or related certification preferred

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, or operational analysis

Prior experience within a professional services environment or large corporate organization is highly desirable
