Locations: Boston, Tampa, Orange County, Los Angeles
Comp: $82,000 to $102,000 base
A national law firm is seeking a Conflicts/Intake Analyst to join their team. This role supports the intake and conflicts process, including reviewing client guidelines, identifying and resolving potential conflicts, and assisting with waiver letters and engagement terms. You’ll collaborate closely with attorneys, the General Counsel’s office, and other internal departments.
What They’re Looking For:

At least 2 years of law firm experience in conflicts clearance

Strong research and issue-spotting skills
-
Excellent communication and organizational skills
-
Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word

Experience with Intapp is a plus
Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 remote)
