Job Description

Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a Client Intake Analyst, to join their team!  Summary of Responsibilities:
  • Conduct corporate research using multiple resources to assess entities involved in conflict check requests.
  • Perform conflict searches within the Department’s records, identify potential conflicts, and generate reports.
  • Advise attorneys and assistants on intake policies and procedures.
  • Respond to inquiries and requests promptly, professionally, and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with the Client Intake team to support the Firm’s business needs.
  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness by maintaining up-to-date records and coordinating with Firm lawyers as needed.
  • Provide on-call coverage during weekends and holidays for urgent requests.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
  • This role requires 60% in-office presence, with 40% remote work flexibility.
Summary of Qualifications:
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree required, with at least 3 years of experience in conflicts analysis or a similar role in a large law firm.
  • Knowledge & Skills: Familiarity with conflict rules under the Rules of Professional Conduct. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaboration & Professionalism: Ability to interact effectively and professionally with colleagues across the firm.
  • Organization & Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Creative problem-solving abilities with strong reasoning and logical thinking.
  • Work Ethic & Adaptability: Ability to perform under pressure, prioritize deadlines, and complete tasks efficiently. Self-motivated with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Confidentiality & Integrity: Commitment to handling confidential information with discretion and maintaining high ethical standards.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with Intapp, CapIQ, and LexisNexis is a plus. Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel, with the ability to quickly learn new software and processes.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime as needed.
