Client Billing Representative

Job Description
- Review, prepare, and approve client invoices in accordance with attorney and client instructions.
- Verify daily billing production.
- Generate time and billing reports using database software.
- Print and distribute attorney pre-bills and billing-related reports as needed, and prepare customized reports for attorneys and clients.
- Provide training and support to attorneys and assistants on ExpertImage, iTimekeep, and PrebillManager.
- Exhibit a willingness to learn and utilize various third-party billing systems.
- Serve as a backup for the Client Billing team during absences and provide additional support to other areas of Finance as needed.
- Associate’s degree in Management or Finance required.
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in an accounting role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Prior experience in a law firm is highly preferred.
