CRM Developer
Job Description
The Phoenix Group Advisors is conducting a search for a CRM Developer role within an established financial services firm. This position focuses on designing, developing, and integrating Salesforce CRM solutions to enhance operational efficiency and data integrity.
The CRM Developer owns the full lifecycle of CRM application development, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements, integrations, and automation. The role ensures seamless data flow between platforms, supports user troubleshooting, and aids in system optimization aligned with strategic business needs.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce CRM and related integrations using APIs and ETL tools
- Build service-based solutions utilizing Azure App Services, Azure SQL, and Microsoft Fabric
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Relationship Management teams on system improvements
- Support business users by troubleshooting application errors and data discrepancies
- Design workflows, automation, and custom applications to meet evolving business requirements
- Lead technical documentation and communicate complex solutions clearly to stakeholders
- Participate in system testing, deployment, and ongoing application enhancements
- Propose technical architecture changes aligning with enterprise standards
Core Qualifications
- 10+ years’ experience in CRM development, with a focus on Salesforce and related platforms
- Proficiency in C#/Python, .NET Core, SQL Server, and ETL processes
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce APIs, SOQL, Bulk API, and REST API
- Experience integrating Azure cloud services and developing service-oriented applications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
- Prior experience in financial services, asset management, or hedge funds preferred
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in hybrid settings
- Vendor management experience and Agile development familiarity
