Job Description
- Assist attorneys in drafting, proofreading, revising, and finalizing legal documents, including contracts, amendments, leases, letters of intent, term sheets, and closing instructions.
- Prepare closing binders for completed real estate transactions.
- Handle document distribution via electronic and physical means, including copying, mailing, courier services, and filing.
- Maintain confidential files, records, legal documents, and reports.
- Manage intake and conflict checks, process time entries, and assist with client billing.
- Coordinate attorneys' calendars, including scheduling travel, appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Support attorneys with client relations and business development initiatives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- 2-5 years of experience in transactional law preferred.
- Experience with annual filings and LLC submissions.
- Knowledge of real estate terminology is a plus.
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, flexibility, and strong teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Professional.
- Experience using electronic document management systems.
- Strong organizational, communication, and client service skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent grammar and spelling abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize urgent needs, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Aderant and FileSite experience is a plus.
