Full Charge Bookkeeper – Position Summary
We seek a dependable, professional, and highly motivated individual to join our fast-paced team as a Full Charge Bookkeeper, reporting to the Accounting Manager. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, hardworking, and possesses a strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of bookkeeping experience
- 5+ years of QuickBooks and high-volume Accounts Payable experience
- Law firm accounting experience (preferred)
- Strong accuracy in financial data entry
- Proficiency in bank and credit card reconciliations
- Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Ability to handle administrative tasks as needed
- Responsible for ordering and maintaining office supply inventory
