Job Description

Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a Billing Director to join their team in NYC! 

Responsibilities & Qualifications: 
  • Over 8 years of extensive billing management experience in large international firms sought
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills required
  • Direct engagement with top-level management, firm partners, and occasionally clients
  • Ability to evaluate firm practices and procedures, implement enhancements
  • Responsibilities include ensuring accurate and timely processing of client invoices
  • Collaborate closely with intake, collections, and accounts receivable managers to resolve billing department issues
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, advanced Excel skills required
  • Experience with Elite Enterprise, Aderant, or preferably Elite 3E accounting systems necessary
  • Desired qualifications include expertise or exposure to workflow, workforce performance assessment, and ticketing systems
