Job Description
Billing Coordinator – New Jersey Office
Responsibilities:

Prepare, edit, and process client invoices per firm policies and client guidelines.

Manage E-billing procedures and ensure billing accuracy.

Coordinate with attorneys and staff to resolve discrepancies.

Handle write-offs, split-party billing, and complex invoices.

Respond to client billing inquiries and generate reports.
Qualifications:
-
3+ years of legal billing experience.

Proficiency in Elite 3E, Aderant, or similar software.
-
Strong MS Office skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Flexible schedule when needed.
