Our law firm client is looking for a Benefits Specialist to join their team in New Haven, CT. This is a new role that they are creating within their HR team. This person will be responsible for researching, overseeing and administering the firms benefit and compensation programs in both the US and UK.

*This is a hybrid role, 2-4 days a week in office*
