Job Description
Job Title: Analytics & Data Visualization Associate – Client Analytics
Location: Hybrid (3 days in office)
Overview:
We are looking for an analytics-focused engineer to join the Client Analytics Team. The team builds and maintains the client data analytics platform used across Finance, Business Development, and Operations. This role focuses on creating reliable dashboards, developing Python-based data pipelines, and ensuring the quality and consistency of analytics data. You will work closely with both business and engineering teams to deliver actionable insights.
Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain dashboards using Tableau.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into visualizations.

Build and maintain scalable Python-based data pipelines.

Ensure datasets are accurate, complete, and efficiently processed.

Troubleshoot and resolve data and dashboard issues.

Support Tableau Server administration, including upgrades, content validation, and governance.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or a related area.

Strong experience with Tableau and Tableau Server administration.

Experience building data pipelines or processing workflows in Python.

Proficiency in SQL and working with large datasets.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience with Power BI, ETL frameworks, or financial datasets is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range: $170,000–$190,000 (with discretionary bonus eligibility).
